WHEN DOES THE ONLINE ENGLISH COURSE START?
It starts right after you enroll in the Self-Study Program and One-on-One Classes Program .
For the Group Classes there needs to be minumum 10 students. You can sign up with ten of your friends and start right away or we will keep you posted on the exact date of the group classes.
WHO SHOULD ENROLL IN THIS COURSE?
Anyone can enroll in this course. Especially people who
- come from all walks of life,
- speak Elementary level(A2)English,
- had learnt English before but forgot along the way,
- want to work on their accents,
- are adults and young learners above 6 years old.
Although our course starts with Intermediate level (B1), many upper intermediate and proficient students are enrolled and working on their pronunciation. English is not just about grammar and vocabulary, correct pronunciation is the most important part of learning a language.
HOW DOES THIS ENGLISH COURSE WORK?
This is an online course and the topics are explained through video lessons on this platform. You can watch these video lessons from any country, anywhere and at any time.
We offer three packages which is three different ways of studying this course.
- Self-Study Program
- Group Classes Program
- One-on-One Classes Program
Self-Study Package is where you study the course by yourself at your own pace within a year from the date you enroll.
Group Practice Classes(min 10 students) is where you study the course during the week by yourself and practice what you learnt with the students in the same program once a week. This package requires you to complete each week's videos and practices within that week.
One-on-One Practice Classes(min 10 students) is where you study the course during the week by yourself and practice what you learnt with a one-on-one class once a week. This package requires you to complete each week's videos and practices within that week.
This course is carefully designed and brought to you with the one of the most effective and simplified content, supported by strategic English learning techniques. This course, where you will appreciate your time and get your investment in return, provides a smooth learning experience with the support of up-to-date resources, videos, practices by completing B1 English level and we preparing you to start for the next level.
The course is designed over a period of 10 weeks where each week, 5 pre-recorded lessons(videos) become active along with the week's booklet, practices, answer sheet and vocabulary list. You will complete this course covering 50 units in a minimum of 10 weeks.

After enrolling in the course, you can watch the course on your desktop computer as well as on your laptop, smartphone and tablet. If you're watching on your phone or tablet, downloading Teachable's free app may be more effective, but not mandatory. You can also log in to your course account from the internet browser of the device you are using.

This is a complete course for Intermediate B1 Level.

If you sign up through Self-Study Program, it depends on your schedule. Most students finish this course in 10 weeks or longer. If you sign up through group or one-on-one classes, the course is finished in 10 weeks.
7) HOW DOES THIS COURSE WORK?
5 lessons will be active in each week along with the resources. These are in video format. Depending on how you sign up, you will either have access to recorded video classes only, or there will be recorded video classes and group or one-on-one classes at designated times.
8) HOW DO WE HAVE OUR CLASSES?
For Group Classes we have online and offline options. If all students are in Shanghai, then we have our classes offline. If students are around the world, then we opt-in for Zoom classes online. We share our class schedules in advance so you can RSVP.
9) WHAT HAPPENS IF WE CANNOT MAKE IT TO THE CLASS?
Don't worry, we record our Zoom calls. All the online classes are uploaded to the course platform so you watch the classes you missed.

Anyone can join above the age of 8. We have 75+ years old students so age is jsut a number as long as you are dedicated to learn.
13) ARE THE GROUP/ONE-ON-ONE CLASSES GOING TO BE ON ZOOM?
If our students are not based in Shanghai, then we use ZOOM for our online classes. You can download Zoom and open an account for free.
